After finishing with my roof, Eliseo gave me a very good quote on replacing my back deck which was so coming down given the wood was rotten. Unfortunately because of supply issues with the needed materials (not to mention Dunn Lumber breaking some of them), it took a while for the project to start but once, they were very diligent. They even found a problem with the siding of the house to which the old deck was tied and they promptly fixed it. As with the roof they did an excellent job and the result is more than satisfactory. I recommend highly Allied Roofing with your deck needs.

Allied did a siding job last year replacing a side of our house with composite siding and they were great: Professional, on time and great value. This year, they just did my roof (shingles).They came on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon they were done. The cleaned after themselves and everything was in order.I recommend them for all your needs regarding roofing and siding.

I contacted Allied Roofing after getting other quotes. I spoke to James Jazbec, who is the project manager. He came out to take a look at the issues we were having. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best way to have our roof cleaned and repair on the flashing around our chimney. We also had new gutters installed and a vent put in for a bath fan. The crew did a great job and James was alway available via text, anytime night or day. We will definitely use Allied again and are very happy with the work they did.

The Allied team was professional, good-natured and efficient in all kinds of weather they encountered during our project. We have a steep and complex roof. Our roof was replaced more quickly than we thought it would be. When they left each day, they cleanered away the debris. The final day they left the property immaculate and even raked our gardens.

Starting with the first point-of-contact, Matt Clem, who was the estimator that provided me with a thorough understanding of the condition of my roof and the different options for repair and/or replacement, my experiences with Allied Roofing were excellent, beginning to end. The crew leader did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the progress and made sure to include me on any decisions that needed to be made during the installation. We also had gutters installed by Allied; after the installation was complete, we decided we wanted to add a few additional downspouts. The owner, Eliseo, came to our house to assess the situation. Rather than make us wait for one of his crew members, Eliseo cut the holes for the additional downspouts; an owner who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and do work that could easily be delegated is a great customer service and says a lot about the culture of the company. Not to be overlooked, also throughout the entire process, Maria and Karen (in the office) provided excellent communication and support. After completion of the project, I got a call from them to let me know they were completing the necessary paperwork for my warranty; that's great customer service.

Allied Roofing Installation Service re-roofed my home and I am very impressed with the job they did for me and for their operation. From the first phone call to the last conversation, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I had met Eliseo Carrillo, the owner, a year ago on another job site. Allied Roofing had reroofed a flat roof on a commercial building that I leased to build our newest dance studio, American Dance Institute-Magnolia. The landlord used Allied Roofing for all of his properties. That building had a very old roof for a space that had been unoccupied for 28 years. Flat roofs are notoriously difficult to seal up and not unexpectedly, I had to call Allied back several times for leaks during heavy, wind-driven rainstorms. He always answered my phone calls and promptly sent good crews over whenever a pesky leak appeared. They are all fixed now, thank goodness. I knew that I too needed a new roof on my home and that I wanted to use Allied Roofing Installation Service because of the service Eliseo provided. My home re-roofing job consisted of the removal of two layers of old asphalt shingles, the installation of new plywood sheathing, a layer of waterproofing covering, and the same shingle color and style as the previous shingle, but upgraded to a higher 30-year quality. Eliseo went out of his way to find the exact shingle we wanted. His crew showed up on time each day and worked a full day, always cleaning up before they left. They communicated well, always wore their masks, and respected my home, yard and family.

Allied called me while I was searching for a roofer to check my 2nd storey roof for damage after a windstorm blew a big branch onto it. Other roofers declined to even look at the roof without a down payment of $1,200-2,000. Eliseo not only went up to look, but he and his partner removed the branch altogether so they could assess the damage. The next day they were back (1/2 hour early!) and replaced the 4 damaged shingles for $300, a real bargain! Eliseo also measured the roof to bid on its replacement and discussed its condition with me, even though I warned him we might not be able to replace it until 2026 or so. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, reasonably priced, and accommodating: Allied Roofing is at the top of my Go To list!

We live in a 25 year old development in North Bend, WA. Most of the residents here needed a new roof in the last 3 years. I found out that I got the best price and service for a 30 year roof of high quality. The tear off of the old shingles and replaced part of the substrate was just like they agreed to. the installation and clean up was perfect. They followed up with a walk through. After talking with other neighbors that used other roof contractors I discovered I did get the best service for the best price.

Highly Recommended. Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and polite. Very reasonable prices from Owner Eliseo Carrillo and his crew of 5 people. They did an outstanding job replacing my cracked Asphalt (black tar) home/garage roof with a TPO membrane lasting at least 20-30 years. Did a walkthrough after completing the roofing project. Also replaced cracked, rotting side boards (wooden) with hard plank (wood) material. This is stronger and sturdier than vinyl covers which I had to protect wood in the garage side of my home. I found this company through HomeAdvisor.com! Thanks for the good work.

Allied came out to give us a bid within a few days after I contacted them. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof, replaced our old leaky gutters, and replaced the fascia and soffit that were damaged by the leaky gutters. It was a few weeks between when we accepted and when they began work, but that seems to be the norm in Seattle in 2017. It took them one day to tear off the old roof, and about one and a half days to put the new roof on. It took a few more days after that to do the gutters and other work. I changed the project a couple times, adding more work after work began and Allied was happy to work with me and accomodate my needs. Their pricing was much lower compared to the other bids we received and the work seems to be very well done. Cleanup was not great, but they got most of it and it was probably fairly standard for this type of work.

I had 6 bids to do a 3,000 sq ft flat roof. Ended up choosing Allied because you were by far the least expensive for a house in West Seattle. The installation turned out great using TPO. It was very quick. Allied brought in a very large 5-6 man crew and got the job done in 3 days. They guarantee their work for 10 years.

The work they did was fantastic and the price quoted was below other contractors we spoke with. The crew was courteous and respectful. I have already recommended Raul's crew to several neighbors and friends in need of a new roof. The service was great-you will not be disappointed.

Raul and his team did a high quality job for a reasonable price. He never tried to pressure me into making decisions, or tempt me with a discount. He gave me a price and did the job. His team did everything we discussed - removed existing roof tiles and paper, replaced rotted sheeting, added flashing where we had none, installed roof vents and installed new GAF Timberline tiles. It looks wonderful. And he did it so quickly - his crew was out here within a few days of signing the contract and completed the job in 2.5 days. They cleaned everything up beautifully. I would hire Raul again without hesitation.

Raul and his crew did a great job. The material was high quality and the work warrantied. The crew was professional, courteous and punctual. They took the time to make sure the materials were exactly what we wanted before installation began. In addition to this, the bid we received from Allied roofing was +2000$ less than competitor bids. Since the completion of our roof we have referred Allied Roofing to several of our friends and neighbors.

June 2016 - I had several companies come out to my 4 bedroom rambler home in Fairwood Greens Golf Course Community to provide quotes for HOA approved composition replacement roof. Eliseo came out and was right on time and was very friendly. ZERO high pressure tactics with these guys. No pressure, which I really liked. His bid came in $2200.00 less then the others. I called him and we talked a bit more as I explained I didn't want short cuts. He assured me of good quality work. I decided to do it and selected GAF Grand Canyon material which exceeds HOA requirements.His crew arrived 5 days later as scheduled & on time and boy they do not mess around, they really took my old cedar shake off quickly. The crew of 5 were very friendly and as others have mentioned they always smiled which is nice. I went out and spoke with them a few times as they made quick progress. (Basically they torn off the old roof the first day, laid down plywood and plastic protection materials, then cleaned up. Materials were delivered the next morning and they completed the installation the second day and did a good clean up.) I walked the roof to looked for anything obvious and it looked awesome! ..Looked really good, nice straight edge cuts, new vents & black metal valley pieces. It all looked great.We are finishing up the gutter installation in the next few days. (waiting on that but not a problem..)I'd recommend these guys for sure. I met with 3 roofing companies before finally meeting with Chris with Allied for our roof.. Chris spent the time educating me about the installation process and how important ventilation can effect my roof (Had no idea). I love his no pressure sales, wasn't pushy and probably spent more time talking about Dogs. He allowed me time to check out their company and check references. Mid range on price compared with the other companies that came out. When the crew showed up they got right to work, they are a hard working group of guys took two days to complete my roof, never failed to see a smile on their face. They also helped me with any questions. Would have given them 5 stars but it took a couple days to get my gutters replaced. Also took advantage of their coupon on Yelp.

Our cedar shake roof was 27 years old and was more than ready to be replaced. We had 3 estimates over a year ago but put off doing the roof for financial reasons. This summer we were ready. We had our original estimates updated and got a couple more, including Allied Roofing. Raul contacted us personally and came out to talk to us. We found him to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his business. When the day came for our scheduled installation, Raul was there with his crew. They all worked quickly and efficiently. The old cedar shake roof was gone the first day and the second day, a new GAF Grand Sequoia roof adorned our home. The job site was completely cleaned and all debris hauled away each day. Several neighbors commented both on the roof and about how quickly and professionally Allied Roofing performed. We are very happy with our new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Raul and his crew to anyone.

I received four estimates for replacing my Torch Down roofs on my house and detached garage. I selected Raul Buezo, from Allied Roofing, not because he had the lowest bid, but because he was the only contractor that called back to check to see if I had made a decision. Raul suggested TPO (a single ply roofing membrane) as an option to torch down which had twice the standard warranty period over torch down, at no additional cost. I went with TPO.Rual was easy to work with but overall coordination could have been better. The job was completed in two days and all debris cleanup was good, although their truck for removing the old torch down material leaked oil and left a small stain on my asphalt driveway.When all things are considered, I would use Allied Roofing again for a future job.

If I need roofing help ever again I am calling Raul. I had a leaky roof in the morning on a Saturday he was at my house promptly that same morning and fixed the problem. He was also nice enough to give me some free advice on what other ways I could keep my roof healthy. Raul is awesome!!

They had a very short window before rain started, so they worked 12 hour days to get us dried in. I had the wonderful fortune to have Raul and his crew replace our roof last year. After a hard winter our ceiling caved in. Our home is almost three thousand square feet. Raul had the entire job completed in one afternoon. Not only was he fast and efficient, but the roof looked beautiful and his crew had everything cleaned up quite quickly. We have had some serious rain and snow fall since then along with very heavy winds, and I'm happy to announce that we have not had one little problem. Its not often I take time out of my busy schedule to write a review for a business. Typically if i don't like it i don't go back, and if I do I tell my friends and family...but when I was asked to submit a review for Raul and his business there was zero hesitation on my behalf. Having been in the roofing business myself many years ago, when a friend recommended Allied Precision roofing to fix my rental property I was very skeptical and critical. I was surprised to find that Raul and his team were very personable, honest, efficient, quick, and my favorite "inexpensive." I won't say cheap because you never want a "cheap" roof, you get what you pay for. His pricing beat the competition and the customer service and work done left me fairly impressed. You bet I recommend him to my friends and family! Thanks for your hard work Allied! Oh yes, and he even stopped my home a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with the work, now thats commitment!

In November of 2012 my roof was leaking so badly that my ceiling literally caved in in my living room. After doing an extensive search, I contacted Raul who promptly came over to give me a free estimate. Since my roof is almost 3000 sq foot, I was worried about the cost and the time it would take to get it fixed. Not only did I get a great quote, but Raul and his crew showed up on a Saturday morning, and to my delight and amazement were finished by that afternoon, in spite of the weather being horrible, they worked through with professionalism and integrity ! They had repaired and replaced the entire roof, and had removed all the debris in an very short amount of time, The roof looks beautiful and I have not had one bit of trouble since.I can not express how thankful I am that I was fortunate enough to have met Raul, he cares about his customers and makes the time to call after the job is done to ensure everything is still satisfactory. I was so impressed with not only the great workmanship but with his level of care and compassion. It is not just a job to him, he truly cares about the people he works for and takes great pride in making sure they are taken care of. I have also found that he does a lot of work with World Vision, giving back to those in the community and finding help for those in financially difficult situations.I have and will continue to recommend Raul for any roofing jobs, big or small. Last fall my roof was leaking in no less then 6 place and had been getting dark like mold. I first contacted my insurance company and they came out only to tell me that there was no visible damage so it was not covered. I contact Raul after 2 other companies did not call me back. He came out and said the roof looks good and then dug into it deeper and discovered that we had a manufacturing flaw, they had used cheap roofing paper and staples that were to long; water was following them down.Raul came with his crew and started about 9 am and to my amazement were all cleaned up and finished by 3 pm. His crew were very professional, fast, and took great care in cleaning up all of the mess. I have been in construction when I was younger and seen some questionable employees. This was not the case with Allied. I can not express how pleased I am with them, and I have recommended him and will again and againThank You Raul and Company!!!
