I called Allied Installation for a re-roofing job  on my house. The job was to remove two layers of old asphalt shingles and install new shingles (with the same color and style). The team went out of their way to find the exact shingle replacement we liked best. They gave me a reasonable quote and timeframe for completion. The crew was polite and respectful of my home, always cleaning up before they left for the day. They showed up on time each day and worked hard through each full day. They communicated well and were very courteous around my home, yard and family. After getting a leak last winter, we decided to get new gutters installed. We called and the people over the phone were very accommodating, they sent someone the following day! Turns out, we didn’t actually need new gutters - they were just really clogged. The tech who came out took apart the downspouts and cleared the whole blockage right there on the spot. I started working with Allied Roofing when I noticed a leak in our then only 2 year old roof (and the company that had installed that had gone out of business who ended up being a bit shady). They came out and attempted to fix it since it was an uncommon and hard to work with roof type. They did perform a fascia repair that was rotting because of the leak. In the end, we decided to just replace the entire roof with something more legitimate. We worked with Eliseo and got a quote that was less than I expected for a standing seam metal roof. We took their bid. Throughout the entire process, they were pretty communicative and kept us in the loop on what was going on. In the end, the project turned out really good and any issues have been addressed in a prompt and timely manner.
